Our Endorsement of Lon McClintock for Probate Judge of Bennington County

We are proud to add our names in support of Lon McClintock for
re-election as Probate Judge for Bennington County.

The Probate Court is charged with addressing some of life's most personal and important moments. It is the court that appoints and supervises guardians for children who lack parental care and support, and for adults who are unable to care for themselves without help.  The Probate Court approves and presides over adoptions, and supervises the administration of estates. The person serving as judge needs more than legal knowledge, they need patience, fairness, and compassion for the people involved.

Lon McClintock brings these qualities to the bench. With years of experience, first as a practicing attorney and now as our sitting Probate Judge, he has earned a reputation for treating every person with dignity and respect. He listens carefully, applies the law fairly, and never loses sight of the individuals and families involved.

We have seen his integrity, steady judgment, and genuine commitment to the community. He has worked to make the court more accessible and efficient with quiet dedication.

For these reasons, we are honored to endorse Lon McClintock, and we encourage our friends and neighbors to join us in re-electing him as Probate Judge for Bennington County.
